I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Susan. From start to finish she was patient, proactive, and communicated openly about the process for selling my home. She went to bat for me when the appraiser came in low, and in the end I was happy with the outcome. She stages beautifully, her rates are completely reasonable, and I 100% recommend Susan as your agent when selling or buying a home in the Seattle area. You won't regret it!

Susan Feldman is beyond 5 stars! I have worked with several Real estate agents in the past, Susan fills the top spot. Susan knows the market, like she knows the back of her hand. Has a super strong sense for the area, Works with people amazingly well, has a extremely superb feel of design (staging). Very motivated and can keep things/people motivated and moving forward. Susan is there at every step of the way. I mean "there" seriously. I would recommend Susan Feldman to anyone dealing with Real estate and or property. "She's absolutely fantastic!"

Susan helped us purchase our townhome 11 years ago, and most recently, we purchased a different home and sold our townhome. She was with us every step of the way and what could have been a stressful process was a breeze. My advice--listen and do everything she says! She's an expert and her advice not only got us our new house (first attempt which is rare in this market), but also allowed us to sell our townhome above asking price. She's a project manager in the truest form, sending us timelines and checking in with us via phone call and text, which kept us on track while juggling selling and buying at the same time. We absolutely love our new place, but we're a little sad that we don't get to spend more time with her! We recommend her to everyone who is looking for a real estate agent (and even those who aren't). She's absolutely fantastic!

My husband and I used Susan to both list our Kirkland house AND buy our new home in Bothell. Susan was excellent at both. When we listed our house, we sought her out because of the fantastic job she did staging & selling our neighbor's house. She even did BETTER with OUR house, which was hard to imagine!! Her staging is incredible; she is meticulous and is hugely talented in that area. She knows real estate inside and out and works very hard to get the results you want.
